Allan Iosue

Board of Directors

Allan Iosue brings 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry to the table. As a young professional he was able to work directly with clients on many projects that shaped Jacksonville to be where it is today, such as the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena, the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville, Veterans Memorial Park, JTA’s Regional Transportation Center, numerous neighborhood planning studies, several key land development projects and many more.

Allan holds a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture from the State University of New York (SUNY) College of Environmental Science and Forestry and is a LEED® Accredited Professional.

In recent years, his passion for downtown urban has led Allan to dive into the role of governmental liaison for many projects within the region. He also is committed to providing his experience to many boards and committees within the city such as the Chair for the Context Sensitive Streets Standards Committee of Jacksonville, Government Affairs Committee member of the Jacksonville Chamber, DVI Executive Board member and recently the UNF Institute of Environmental Research and Education Community Council and Land Use & Development Working Group for the City of Jacksonville.

Allan is the proud father of his 12-year-old son Vaughn and enjoys coaching soccer and playing golf together.
