Audrey Moran is the Senior Vice President for Social Responsibility and Community Advocacy at Baptist Health, where she oversees social responsibility, philanthropy, behavioral health and spiritual care. An honors graduate of Syracuse University who earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, Audrey has enjoyed a broad and varied career. She served as a top prosecutor at the State’s Attorney’s office, as Chief of Staff for former mayor John Delaney and Director of Legislative Affairs for Mayor Ed Austin, and was CEO of the Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless from 2007-2011.
A past chair of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce and former trustee of the Jessie Ball DuPont Fund and numerous other nonprofit organizations, Audrey currently serves on the board of directors of the LeRoy Collins Public Policy Institute at Florida State University, chairs the Delores Barr Weaver Policy Center, and is an active member of the Women’s Giving Alliance. Her extensive community service and professional accomplishments have earned her recognition including the Jacksonville Bar Association’s Lawyer of the Year award, the OneJax Humanitarian Award, the Community Trustee Award from Leadership Jacksonville, and two Arthur Vining Davis Foundation fellowships. She was named a Woman of Influence by the Jacksonville Business Journal in 2015.
An honors graduate of Syracuse University, Audrey earned her law degree from Duke University School of Law. She and her husband, the Hon. John A. Moran, II, are the parents of four grown children.
