Jeff Spence is founder and former CEO of ICS Logistics, a regional refrigerated and ambient port-centric logistics company that owned and operated approximately 1,000,000 square feet of warehousing facilities as well as leased dockside terminal acreage for ship loading operations. He retired in 2008, when the company was acquired.

A former Rotarian, Jeff has chaired numerous boards and committees, including JaxChamber’s International Committee, the I.M. Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless, the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses and the World Food Logistics Organization. He is a member of St. John’s Cathedral and enjoys hobbies including residential real estate, hunting, fishing and going anywhere there is a beach. He and his wife Darlene Swindell Spence, have two daughters and three grandsons and divide their time between Amelia Island and Royal Oak, Maryland, on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
