LeMorris Prier Sr., PharmD

After earning his B.S. in Pharmacy at Florida A&M University and his PharmD at the University of Tennessee, Jacksonville native LeMorris Prier served as a clinical hospital specialist and a Director of Pharmacy in several hospitals in South Florida for 30 years.
In 2001, Dr. Prier returned home to Jacksonville, where he worked in retail pharmacy for several years before joining the Florida A&M University College of Pharmacy. He served as Director of Pharmacy at the Duval County Health Department and as assistant professor of Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacy Clinical program Manager for HIV/Aids Care until his retirement in 2018.
Dr. Prier and his wife, Pamela D. Holmes-Prier, have two sons, Jabari and Diontae Prier. He attends Historic Mt. Zion AME Church, where he serves as an officer and sings in the choir.
A member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, his hobbies include golf, fishing, gardening, photography and Jazz Music.
