Stacy Watson May

Stacy Watson May is an attorney with nearly 30 years of experience in the environmental and regulatory fields.  She retired from Holland & Knight LLP in 2025 and is currently pursuing personal and nonprofit interests.  During her legal career, she counseled manufacturing and industrial clients in all aspects of environmental law including regulations implemented by the EPA and the states, as well as hazardous materials regulations for shippers and transporters. Stacy piloted clients through the environmental aspects of transactions for real estate development and manufacturing operations in large, multi-national acquisitions. She has a passion for mediating disputes utilizing skills developed through significant training and litigation experience.
