Steve Kelley is a real estate finance professional experienced in building statewide, regional and national teams and programs related to lending and investing for commercial banks. As Vice President of Community Development Lending & Investing for TIAA Bank, his current focus is on financing affordable housing and economic development initiatives utilizing tax credit capital (Low Income Housing, New Markets and Historic) and other government-sponsored programs.
Steve began his career in 1991 with Barnett Bank of Jacksonville and recently earned a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Jacksonville University, with a concentration on Economics and Finance. He also holds an MBA and BSBA in Accounting from the University of West Florida.
Active in the Jacksonville community and across Florida, Steve serves on boards and committees for the Urban Land Institute (ULI), NW Jacksonville CDC, United Way of Northeast Florida, Junior Achievement of North Florida, and Jacksonville University’s Marine Science Research Institute.
