DeAnn Collins Dockery acquired Partners With Nonprofits (est. 1990) in 2018. She is the owner and principal consultant, focusing on all aspects of nonprofit fundraising, board development, and strategic planning. She is passionate about the immense impact of the professionals and organizations that comprise our nonprofit sector.
DeAnn has led advancement efforts at Episcopal School of Jacksonville, Community Hospice & Palliative Care Foundation, and Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas. She has consulted with organizations including adult and pediatric hospice, the arts, environmental protection, education, museums, public parks, at-risk children, public broadcasting, mental health, ministries, and more.

In addition to her professional work with nonprofit organizations, DeAnn gives back to the community in various volunteer capacities. She currently serves as the Board Chair at Grace Episcopal Day School in Orange Park, the Board of Directors for All American Air Charitable Foundation in St. Augustine, and the Live the Life Advisory Board in Jacksonville. She is a past president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Florida First Coast Chapter.

A native of the Midwest, DeAnn moved to Jacksonville in 1989. She holds B.S. degrees in Information Systems and Marketing from Kansas State University. She resides in Green Cove Springs with her husband, two children, German Shepard, and Tortoiseshell cat
